Founded in 1958, Huainan Normal University (HNNU) was accredited by China’s Ministry of Education as a full-time undergraduate institution in March 2000, It is now a key institution in Anhui Province for the master’s degree conferring unit construction project and one of the first batch of application-oriented universities in the province. Recognized as a “Civilized Unit of Anhui Province” for eight consecutive terms, the university is located in Huainan—a nationally significant energy hub—with a 767,900 m² campus housing 15 schools offering 55 undergraduate programs. Our 1,306 employees include 1,053 full-time faculty (354 holding senior professional titles; 984 with doctoral/master’s degrees), serving over 20,000 full-time students.

I. Recruitment Positions and Numbers

II. Categories of Talent and Related Benefits

(1) Leading Talents (Teams)

Requirements: Candidates must meet the criteria for Category I, II, or III high-level talents as defined in Anhui Province (see attached Anhui High-Level Talent Classification Directory).

Category I: Top talents from both domestic and international backgrounds, including recipients of internationally prestigious awards such as the Nobel Prize, Turing Award, or the National Highest Science and Technology Award, as well as academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and academicians of internationally recognized academic organizations from countries ranked in the top 10 of the Global Innovation Index (GII).

Category II: National leading talents, including young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions to the nation, recipients of national key talent programs and other national honors, and academicians of internationally renowned academic organizations from countries ranked 11th–20th in the GII.

Category III: Provincial and ministerial leading talents, including recipients of youth projects from national key talent programs, young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions at the provincial level, and academicians of internationally recognized academic organizations from countries ranked 21st–30th in the GII.

Benefits: Annual salary system, corresponding housing subsidies, and research startup funds. Platform construction funds will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Team and laboratory support will be provided; assistance will be offered for solving spouse employment and school enrollment for children at the compulsory education stage.

(2) Urgently Needed PhD Graduates

Requirements: Generally, candidates should be 40 years old or younger and possess a doctoral degree; the age limit can be relaxed to 45 for those with associate senior titles and to 50 for those with full senior titles.
Benefits: Specific benefits (housing subsidies, research startup funds, etc.) will be determined based on the candidate’s achievements and interview results, negotiated individually through contracts.

(3) Other Benefits

Candidates will enjoy relevant benefits according to local government policies. Eligible overseas high-level talents and urgently needed talents can apply for senior titles through a green channel for professional title evaluation in Anhui Province.

二、人才类别及相关待遇：

（一）领军人才（团队）

1.条件：符合安徽省高层次人才分级一类、二类、三类人才要求。

一类：国内外顶尖人才,包括诺贝尔奖、图灵奖等国际知名奖项获得者，以及国家最高科学技术奖获得者、中国科学院院士、全球创新指数排名前10位国家的国际学术界公认的学术组织机构院士等顶尖人才。

二类：国家级领军人才,涵盖国家有突出贡献的中青年专家、国家重点人才计划等国家级荣誉和项目入选者、全球创新指数排名前11-20位国家的国际学术界公认的学术组织机构院士等国家级领军人才。

三类：省部级领军人才，包含国家重点人才计划青年项目入选者、省级有突出贡献的中青年专家、全球创新指数排名前21-30位国家的国际学术界公认的学术组织机构院士等省部级领军人才。

2.待遇：实行年薪制，发放相应安家补贴、科研启动经费。平台建设经费根据需要一事一议。配备团队、实验室；协助解决配偶工作及义务教育阶段孩子入学事宜。

（二）急需学科专业博士研究生

1.条件：原则上年龄在40周岁及以下，具有博士研究生学历学位；同时具有副高级职称的可放宽至45周岁；具有正高级职称可放宽至50周岁。

2.待遇：具体待遇（安家补贴、科研启动经费等）根据引进人才业绩和应聘面试结果，采用一人一议的方式以合同约定。

（三）其他待遇：按照属地省市有关文件政策，享受相关人才待遇。符合条件的海外高层次人才和急需紧缺人才可通过安徽省职称评审绿色通道途径申报高级职称。
